1. Local License Deployment
Upon selecting and acquiring a specific protocol commitment tier, TruTradr grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable workstation activation right. This local runtime application is explicitly mapped for personal metric calculation and behavioral auditing.
Decompilation, network extraction of calculation modules, or distribution of code variations violates our structural data parameters.
2. Billing Cycle and Upfront Terms
As detailed throughout our core structures, behavioral rewiring requires a time horizon. Memberships are verified and billed upfront in full block structures based on your initialized horizon choice (Quarterly, Biannual, or Annual structures).
You retain complete rights to alter or terminate the protocol access window from your internal workspace configuration portal at any point in the operational cycle. Changes update runtime access smoothly at the upcoming reset date.
3. Risk Parameters and Operational Disclaimers
TruTradr is an educational workspace and mental conditioning platform designed entirely for process logging, habit loop tracking, and emotional auditing. We do not act as portfolio managers, financial advisors, brokerages, or custodians.
All trading metrics and structural parameters logged manually rely on individual terminal entry choices. Execution choices, drawdown management, and target exposures remain strictly under your manual control and absolute individual liability.
